    To share best practice at the 2013 iCMLf Forum for Physicians from Emerging Economic Regions

    The iCMLf invites physicians from emerging economic regions to submit abstracts outlining the successful implementation of projects that have improved their management of CML. Selected abstracts will be awarded an iCMLf grant of up to US$5,000 and be presented at the 2013 iCMLf Forum for Physicians from Emerging Regions.

     

    Sharing successful projects and ideas amongst the CML community, especially with colleagues encountering similar conditions, is very important to continue to work towards improving the management of CML globally. To recognise and share the work and achievements of physicians treating CML in emerging economic regions, where resources are often scare, the iCMLf invites physicians and scientists from these regions to share their projects and the solutions implemented to enhance their management of CML patients.

    Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the iCMLf Directors and shared on the iCMLf website. Three abstracts will be chosen for oral presentation at the 'iCMLf Forum for Physicians from Emerging Economic Regions' held during ASH 2013.  These three projects will be awarded an iCMLf grant of up to US$5,000. The grant can either assist the attendance of the presenter to ASH 2013, or be used to expand the project presented.

    Applicants may send an outline/paragraph of the proposed abstract to the iCMLf to assess if the project meets the suggested criteria. These submissions should be received by the iCMLf by 31st July 2013.
