iCMLf Conversations
The iCMLf hosts regular live discussions with leading experts to share insights on meeting highlights and best practices in CML management. These interactive sessions provide a unique opportunity for clinicians to engage with global authorities, gain up-to-date knowledge, and discuss practical approaches to managing CML. By fostering open dialogue, these discussions help bridge knowledge gaps and ensure that clinicians worldwide are equipped with the latest advancements to improve patient care.

Clinical Case Discussion Forum
The iCMLf Clinical Case Discussion Forum provides an interactive online platform for clinicians to share and discuss challenging CML cases with international experts. This collaborative space fosters knowledge exchange, enabling physicians to seek expert feedback, explore different perspectives, and refine their approaches to complex cases. By connecting clinicians from diverse regions, the forum supports continuous learning and helps improve CML management practices globally.
Knowledge Centre
A valuable online resource for comprehensive CML presentations, offering educational insights into CML patient management, the iCMLf Knowledge Centre aims to enhance the quality of CML care worldwide. Designed specifically for physicians and scientists in non-academic and resource-limited settings, the platform offers expert-led presentations on best practices and innovative approaches to CML management.
Chaired by Professor Giuseppe Saglio from Turin, Italy, the program covers key topics such as CML therapy, practical management, treatment-free remission, laboratory insights, and pediatric CML treatment. We are grateful for the support of Novartis Oncology in making this initiative possible.
Regional Discussion Groups
The iCMLf Regional Discussion Groups bring international expertise into region-specific conversations to enhance CML management. Tailored to the needs of physicians in Latin America, Africa, and South Asia, these inclusive discussions address locally relevant topics, with insights from both local and internationally recognised CML experts. Participants are encouraged to share cases, ask questions, and engage openly on key issues.
Developed in consultation with CML physicians from 15 LMICs, the program reflects their universal support and input on the most critical discussion topics. These groups provide a unique platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and advancing best practices in CML care.

Highlighted CML Publications
The iCMLf highlights key CML publications selected by Professor Timothy Hughes, offering clinicians and researchers valuable insights into the latest advancements in CML care. Each month, we share a curated list of clinical and scientific papers, including research on pediatric CML and studies from low- and middle-income countries, ensuring easy access to pivotal developments and best practices in CML management.
In addition, we provide quarterly summaries as an extension of the ‘CML Publications of the Month’ service. Curated by Professor Hughes, these summaries deliver a comprehensive overview of important studies, highlighting emerging trends and pivotal research. Together, these resources ensure healthcare professionals remain informed and up-to-date with the evolving landscape of CML care.
Clinical Preceptorship Program
The iCMLf Clinical Preceptorship Program is designed for clinicians from low and middle income countriess who have a strong interest in CML treatment and manage significant numbers of CML patients. This program enhances clinical skills and knowledge through hands-on training at leading international CML centres of excellence, where participants join the clinical team and engage in seminars and, where applicable, laboratory work. The iCMLf Clinical Preceptorship Program is currently closed.
Diagnosis and Testing Program
The iCMLf Diagnosis and Testing Program improves access to essential diagnosis and monitoring tools for CML patients in low and middle income countries, where these resources are often unavailable. By partnering with local centres, the program supports the establishment of on-site facilities or cost-effective strategies to send samples to reference laboratories, enabling timely diagnosis and disease monitoring. The iCMLf Diagnosis and Testing Program is currently closed.
