South Asia iCMLf Regional Discussion Groups

We are pleased to announce the first instalment of our 2025 South Asian regional program to address specific local challenges for physicians treating people with CML. We are starting this year's progam of three zoom-based Regional Discussion Groups on April 23rd.

The South Asian iCMLf Regional Discussion Groups offer a unique opportunity for CML physicians in South Asia to engage with and ask case-related questions to International and Regional CML experts.

The iCMLf Regional Discussion groups for South Asia in 2025 will be held on April 23rd, May 21st, and July 2nd

Meeting 1: Wednesday April 23rd

Meeting 1 Topics:

  • Dose reduction as a pathway to TFR
  • Second or subsequent TFR attempts

Meeting 1 hosts:

Hosts for the first South Asia iCMLf Regional Discussion Group for 2025: Professor Jane Apperley, Professor Hemant Malhotra, Professor Philippe Rousselot, and Professor Akhil Ranjon Biswas

Meeting 2 Topics:

  • Choice of TKI in newly diagnosed CML patients
  • 3rd line therapy - how do you choose the right thing at the right time
