The International CML Foundation (iCMLf) is proud to share its 2024–25 Annual Report, marking a year of global collaboration and tangible progress in CML care, research, and education.

Over the past year, iCMLf programs reached hundreds of thousands of people in 139 countries, with nearly two-thirds of engagement coming from low- and middle-income regions. This global reach reflects our ongoing commitment to equity in CML care and access to expert knowledge for all.

Key highlights from 2024–25 include:

  • Regional Discussion Groups brought together 750 physicians across Africa, South Asia, and Latin America, with simultaneous interpretation in multiple languages.

  • Digital education continued to grow, with a 60% increase in online access and a 40% rise in participation time.

  • The iCMLf Genomics Alliance, in partnership with the HARMONY Alliance Foundation, analysed data from over 1,100 patients — paving the way for personalised treatment approaches.

  • New resources such as the Clinical Trial Hub, Case Discussion Forum, and CML Papers of the Month provided trusted, practical tools for clinicians worldwide.

  • The ESH–iCMLf John Goldman Conference and World CML Day collaborations connected global leaders and local practitioners in advancing treatment-free remission and equitable care.

Behind every number are the physicians, researchers, patients, and supporters who make this impact possible. Together, we continue to move closer to a world where every person with CML has access to expert care — and ultimately, to a cure.
