October 2015 - On Sunday morning 52 participants of the 17th John Goldman Meeting on CML in Estoril had an early start to the day running with colleagues and friends at the 5 km ‘John Goldman Fun Run’. The atmosphere was breathtaking as the sun rose along the picturesque Estoril promenade. What a start to the day!
Besides the fun and health, it was also for a good cause. A special thank you to those you donated to the iCMLf and received a John Goldman Run T-Shirt. We raised over $1,300 that will go directly to the iCMLf John Goldman Fund to improve CML treatment in the emerging regions.
September 2015 - Part of the iCMLf's commitment to enhancing patient care is to make sure CML information and education for physicians are easily available online. A new section on the iCMLf website provides you with a selection on relevant international CML guidelines to assist in the management of CML patients.
These guidelines include Europen LeukemiaNet recommendations for the management of CML, NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology: CML version and the international BFM Group (iBFM): Managing children with CML in 2014.

22nd of September is World CML Day. This year's motto is today, together and the entire CML community comes together to raise awareness on CML and the needs of patients around the world. Join us recognising World CML Day on 9/22!
We celebrate the breakthroughs in treatment and management and also acknowledge what still needs to be done to make the best possible care available in all parts of the world. This is why we also reaffirm our efforts today to improve the outcomes for CML patients wherever they live, by supporting CML education, local access to diagnostics and best possible treatment through the iCMLf programs.
